Karah started dietary as an after-school job at the age of sixteen and became a tech for several years after high school before becoming an LPN and then an RN. She started at Genesis Healthcare System when it was Bethesda and Good Sam in 1994 and worked in CCU for 7 years. Karah obtained her MSN in 2016 from OU and worked as a nurse practitioner in Primary Care, Pediatrics, Nursing Homes, and as a hospitalist.
Karah and her Husband have seven rescue dogs and enjoy spending time with family. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach and swimming.
